reducing rate of a spiral coil?

hi all,
can somebody please tell me if there's a spiral coil (e.g. a roll of a tape) with o.d. of 20" n core dia of 6" and it's unwinding at a constant speed of 0.2 r.p.m. , what will be the reduced dia after 1 hour and what is the lenght of the tape which has been unwinded.

You've left out some information. All one can deduce from what you've given is that the roll has unwound 12 turns after 1 hour. Since we don't know what the thickness of the tape is we have no idea what the reduced diameter is or how much tape unrolled. Sorry.
