There is this guy I really like and I think he feels the same way too, we usually fear one another but I want him to know that I like him. We don't usually cross paths that often but there is usually sparks when we meet. What do I do?

You could tell him how you feel and ask if he feels the same..

Make sure you intentionally cross his path and spend more time with him. Get his number or mail address and keep chatting on that level. If he's into you as well, he would oblige but if he only wants to be friends, he won't ask you out.
You could speed things up by asking him out for a drink or a stroll and proceed from there.

It depends on what you want from him. If you think it's worth risking the current friendship for more then tell him your feelings towards him. It's likely he's also feeling the same way. Else you might lose him when he gives up if he was interested if you leave it for too long unresolved.

we are in the new generation, why r u wasting time. me i believe the guy is a shy guy and he is afarid that u might not answer him, so i think its ur job 2 say hi, and ask him why cant he say hello or start a conversation with him like say hows ur day.

Throw your self at him and have the whole world laugh at you when he rejects you? No I don't think so. Just smile at him. If he is interested he will take the hint and you won't be hurt
