Depends on how the CD is damaged. If it was a "bad burn" when made, probably not. If it is cracked, probably not. If it is scratched, maybe. Try cleaning the bottom of the CD with an abrasive toothpaste or a paste made of baking soda and water. (Really does work). If the coating on the top of the CD has been scratched or removed, probably not.

There are some software available on the net which can be used as data recovery from the damaged broken cd
but it might be costly to you
If your data is too important to you so you can find it on the net by searching in google
