Centre top?

Epigastric pain could indicate stomach or duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, pancreatitis and a few other bits and pieces.

Are there any other symptoms? How are you feeling apart from that pain?

See a GP or A&E within a day or two or immediately if you're unable to drink water.

Could be lots of things. Possibly a burst ovarian cyst. That can be really painful. It has gone on long enough, you need to see a doctor. Go to the emergency room. Theyll probally do a pee test and ultrasound. Get this sorted!

Really sounds like your gallbladder. I have been having the same problem and I found out my gallbladder is really bad and I have to have surgery to have it removed this month.. See your doctor and don't put it off because if it is really your gallbladder then it will only get worse..

Well you could have a ovarian cyst, gallbladder, or appendix. So you better go to the doctor and let them check you out. My son had the same symptoms and we found out he had a abscess the size of a grapefruit.
go to the doctor please.
