Sounds like piles to me, nothing to worry about but take him to the vet.

I have to agree with the others, take him to the vet.
It could be something as minor as a stomach irritation from something he's eaten, or it could be a sign of serious intestinal problems.
It could also be that the glands around his anus are swollen and oozing. Get him to the vet asap and let him tell you what's wrong, it's safer for the animal that way.
