lol, a lot of people have never heard an alpine type-r sub done right. ive seen a single 15" type-r go over 150db termlab at dash, same with 2 12" type-r subs. alpine *CAN* get stupid loud and low if you know what you're doing. however, i would take my guess that infinity subs probably have better sound quality to them, but in now way can play louder\lower

alpine isnt bad for clarity, but there lows suck. infinity is good all around. alpine is a little too overated for me, go infinity. or even better, go somewhere other then circut city and best buy for your audio needs. a private shop that sells really good stuff.

Love my Infinity Kappa Perfect 12's with the dual voice coil. They don't carry them at circuit city cause they are their higher end speaker. The clarity of the bass is amazing compared to my JL's or Rockford Fosgates or Pioneers or kickers that I had. Bass is clean and is good for all types of music, not just boomy rap music.

they're the two extra desirable of their own methods. Infinity has amazing sound high quality, even while at as quickly as while in comparison with Alpine. in spite of the undeniable fact that, a number of Alpine's products are very great at producing spl. To be uncomplicated, there are not a great sort of *sturdy* head gadgets for basically $200. maximum head gadgets around that fee would be very comparable. in basic terms seek for one that provides the ideas which you like (satellite tv for pc radio, mp3/wma playback, cd-r potential, etc).
