You'll either have to take a supplement which are sold in an oil format which is good for adding to fresh salads, found in the refrigerated section of any health food store or buy a food product that is already supplemented with the Omega 3 such as Orowheat bread with added Omega 3 (I buy this and it is very good to eat).

Some other sources of O-3 are:
Nuts – Almonds, walnuts, cashews and pecans are wonderful crunchy additions to salads, yogurts, stir-fry or are delicious and nutritious on their own. Walnuts are especially high in precious omega-3 fats. In fact, ¼ cup of walnuts contains 2.3 grams of omega-3 fats, approximately 91% of the daily value needed for omega-3 essential fats. Walnuts are also a rich source of monounsaturated fat, an important fat necessary in improving cardiovascular health.

Flax seeds -- you have to grind them up with coffee grinder or mortar, but they provide incredible fiber as well. Once ground, add flaxseeds to your morning cereal, salads, juice, protein shakes or just eat them plain. Ground flaxseeds stay fresh and safe to eat for 90 days. Flaxseed oil can be used in salad dressings and stays fresh in the fridge for three months.

Also meat and cheese from grass-fed animals (lamb is almost always) will do the trick.

Last, they sell eggs (in health food stores), often organic with great amounts. Chickens which wandered freely in the countryside, eating rich sources of omega-3 such as purslane, produced eggs with 20 times more omega-3 than eggs of grain-fed chickens.
