can Iget the files on a damaged CD?

if it is not broken let it in front of the sun, after it apply colgate regular, pepsodent and other calcium based toothpaste to it and clean it. then look for the files in it u will get all of them. i have tried it myself.

assuming your disc is scratched ,if it is so use car wax polish from the inside out 2 the edge let dry & then polish the same way & this generally works
