It depends on what are your needs and your schedule. You can have a normal life with up to about 4 after that you wouldn't have much time to do anything else.

It is certainly ok to be dating more than one person at a time as long as you are respectful and kind to each person as they deserve, and honest about what you are doing.

Providing that you are honest with each one of them and that they know that you are dating two women. If you are serious about either one of them, however, you will need to make a choice at one point, otherwise, risk losing her.
