Every time I turn on my laptop, I says "jasp photoshop loading", then It keeps flashing up a few times after I press cancel. It's starting to get really anoying. Someone please help xx.

I've never heard of this program, but you should be able to stop it loading when your computer starts.
Either go to Start - Run and type in
msconfig
then click the Startup tab, untick it, ok the change.
Or install Winpatrol and click the Startup tab, untick the program and ok the change.
Then restart and check to see thats worked.

i agree with the 1st answer above but be careful as you can disable settings that your computer needs.this is a good way to disable certain things from loading when windows starts.you will still be able to use your software ...

do a search on your pc: "jasp photoshop'' and delete evrything you find, also, check in my computer/hdd/programme files x

Why don't you uninstall it?
or go to start>run
type
msconfig
hit ok
and remove it from the start up programmes
