I suffer from migranes. Caffeine can trigger headaches, but it can also ease headaches. Some over the counter medicines and some of the prescriptions I have contain caffeine. It depends on the strength of the beverage as to whether or not is has more caffeine.

Well that's weird...I didn't know that tea has more caffeine than coffee...+ i knew that when you have a headache you can drink coffee,because it's been sayd it takes away the pain.

coffee has more than 100 mg of caffiene than tea does. the average cup of tea has around 20 mg caffiene. coffee has at least 120 mg of caffiene per cup. so there you have it
