parental gift always rememberable, a child can forget all others gift, but a parent gift is the best gift for them, they always remembers it they save it and love it.
as i think we should give our babies only that things for which we have promised to give or which they are expecting to have from us.
atleast parent knows what their baby want from them, so just give her that she wants

When my daughter was 7,I went and bought a gift bag and filled it with hair bands,(Some thing for all lengths),and some make up that is for young girls that goes on very very light, and some inexpensive jewelry.
After all, all little girls want to feel like a princess on their birthday.Happy birthday young lady!

Ask HER. Not all girls are into barbies or "bratz". Some gilrs like Radio control cars, or race car sets. Find out what SHE likes to do what SHE is interested in then buy her a gift accordingly.

I have a nine year old sister, and for her seventh birthday I got her a charm bracelet. It wasn't very expensive, in case it got broke (which it did). But she loved it. Maybe you should try a coloring book and crayolas. I also agree a "Bratz" doll would be a good present.

Why not gift some sort of 'do-it-yourself' art kit....u get stuff on jewellery, sand art, glass painting etc. This way, she can use / display her work....and it helps her develop her creative side.
