First realize that we are not made to worry or stress or live in fear. We are made to live in perfect peace and without any fear and stress. Fear is the opposite of faith. Faith turns everything stressful or fearful over to God.
Fear takes it all on in your own strength. Taking on fear and stress in your own strength is impossible, it is unhealthy, and it will destroy you.
Have faith in God, turn it over to him, and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with peace and power and a sound mind. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind.
Fear is worship of the enemy. Whatever you obsess in fear about, you give place to the devil to mess with your life.
But, all of our thoughts are not our own, all thoughts are not from God. So you need to discern when a troubling or fear-inspiring thought comes to you, and you then need to actively reject it, and turn it over to God.
You cannot help that the birds fly over your head, but you can stop them from nesting in your hair. God Bless! I hope that this helps! :)

1. discipline. Or if thats too much. 2. Offer to pay him if he can stay quiet for 5 minutes. 3. play and active game with him (hide and go seek tag is good), then turn on the TV, or do some game that is more calm (like a board game or card game). 4. There is a system to bring kids down, you play an active game, then a calm game, then an active game, then two calm games, and etc.

Try buying relaxing music or classical music's cd.
Recommand you, Beethoven, Mozart or some jazz songs.
It will sooth your mind. Hm, do yoga can help too!
Be sure of what's in your mind. You shouldn't let such matter to get on you too much. Like, what's there for to be nervous? Even if i'm nervous, it won't make it to 100% positive answer.
So, just let nature take its course. =]

Do some breathing exercises. Sit quietly alone and simply inhale......deep breathing.....slowly exhale.......repeat. Try to concentrate only on the breathing, not the problems or the nervousness. Do this for several minutes.
Another strategy is to "self-talk". Ask yourself when you are nervous, "What is the worst thing that could possibly happen?" Ask yourself, "Is that worst thing likely to happen?" And if those things happen, there are always alternate options to persue.
The other strategy is to tell yourself that you cannot affect the outcome by worrying about it. Since there is nothing you can do while you are waiting for the decision, push it out of your mind. Hold up an imaginary stop sign in your mind when the thoughts that make you nervous enter your mind. Good luck.

Try to tell yourself that you are going to do what needs to be done, there is no other choice, and that it is what it is so there is no sense of worrying about it (I mean try to convince yourself that)... try to picture someone else making the same announcement... how would they feel? If you think the people you are going to make the announcement too would feel just like you do if they were in your shoes... then take that as a relief that everyone will know it was a hard announcement to make.
