I met this great guy a few weeks ago, we been going out on dates 2/3 times a week, having a great time, at first he was texting me all the time etc but now all of a sudden he has cooled right off. Nothing happened that would make me understand why he's suddenly gone cold, last time I saw him was Sat night and we had a great time, he has been in touch this week but not very often and not as warmly as he was before. Has he just decided he doesnt like me or something? Or is it just the honey moon period has worn off extremely fast? I really like him and want to get to know him better before deciding whether this could be a long term thing. Should I talk to him about it or leave it and see how it pans out?

Something could have happened at home or its just hit him that he likes you and he's not sure how you feel.Speak to him

The party is over. No one comes on strong for a few weeks and then just dissappears. But you need peice of mind. Call him up or leave a message saying you are believing that things have cooled down since you haven't heard from him in a while. You want to hear from him to confirm if that is the case. Tell him you aren't going to make a big deal out of it if he has lost interest, but you want to know if you should be seeing others in the future.

Some guys (and girls) are bad about closure. You may be painfully ignored. If you do not hear from him in 24 hours, consider him as history and move on. My heart goes out to you. Good luck!

dont hang around waiting for him, and dont text him until he contacts you....maybe he's got no credit in his mobile, or maybe he's got a girlfriend, or maybe he's just gone off the idea and wants to be left alone, go out and enjoy yourself, if you see him again act cool, dont throw yourself at him, have him come to you, then ask why he's been so distant, it may be nothing, he may just be doing his own thing

I would try talking to him and find out if he's ok... be honest with him and explain your reasons for asking him aswell. Let him know what you're feeling too. Good Luck.
