This really isn't the forum to ask for such advice. It seems unlikely that anyone here is suitably qualified or has time necessary to help you.

If you're still suffering at night then it sounds like you aren't over it. Depression can be cyclical. You need to see your doctor, who can hopefully assist you. That's what he or she is there for. Get help form the right people and don't try and get through it alone. The little voice will always be there - so get help that makes the little voice become an inaudible whisper.

Good luck.

Really sorry to hear here about your depression, its not a nice place to be.Be proud of your self for getting better.I'm sure people that know you personally have not hold any grudges.Just think positive and be happy life is to short.Maybe speaking to a counsellor might help you get rid of these feelings of guilt.I found speaking to one helped me understand and made me feel much better to.Good luck in the future hope all goes well for you, take care.

You shouldnt feel bad, depression is a mental illness and is not commonly known that it is covered by the DDA {Disability Discrimination Act}.
I had BAD post natal depression and found counselling really helpful. They just give you an ear to say what you need too. No judgements are made on you and airing things can really make you feel unburdened and thus lighten the load.
Presumably your GP already knows about your depression, so approach him/her to refer you to a counsellor.
You can talk to them like no-one else even your best mate, as you dont have to worry that your upsetting them or worrying them.

Good luck.

My sympathies has a very mild form of this myself from time to time, my answer is psychical exercise - no I am not very good at it, will never have a sporting career but it really does help. Getting started is the hardest part once you are out there doing a class or walking it feels so much better. Good luck
