i have read on this for years now and i thank that it should be legal becouse that it is not that bad look at it this way cig, and beer kill more people a day than anythang and weed has not kild anyone there is no way to over dose on it and its good for u in some ways and it is a nerv helper thats it.and it helps pepple get away from stress when they cant its not like it has chemicals in it like hard core drugs people need to thank whats it for and not.thats all that is wrong with it

i'm dismayed to hear that the younger generation believe beer is the #1 most dangerous drug; It's nicotine. i'm 62 and i hate to say that my fellow americans don't seem to be intelligent enough to vote for any remedy to the drug war. one must read the truth about this scourge that has ruined millions of lives to vote for decriminalization or legalization. try two books by arnold trebach; the great opium war and the great drug war.. the d.e.a. is our govts. most corrupt orginization. strange that they like to wear masks on the raids. didn't the kkk wear masks when they went out tolynch, shoot and burn.. things really don't change much, do they... i wonder what jesse jackson;;;;'s position would be.

being a pothead myself yes you still are aware when you are on marajuana, its a good drug but once it is legalised we will have more mental disabilities to face, out of all the lower class drugs i think alcohol is the worst, a hard night on the drink can make you wake up in the morning wondering wat you did the night before, then having to face the regret of your actions because of the behaviour of you and alcohol that same night.

no it should not be legal, maybe the short term effects of smoking it , do not effect people, but long term it has effects on the brain, do you never read the paper...
