if you hear allot of rumors saying she is evil and shes always been nice to you than most likely you already have her heart, but be care full it might not be a good heart. the bible Say's that the heart is treacherous you may be seeing what your heart wants you to see. think really hard and honest. what does your mind tell you.when in the slightest bit of doubt don't do it. but if you must. girls always like courageous guy's, so stand up be a man and tell her how you feel, and what you want. what have you got to lose. not your pride because you don't have any if you've waited this long. besides even if shes not interested she will have to respect you. and if she doesn't then she never deserved you. you need to tell her. if she likes you, you will get her, if she doesn't, than you can move on to some thing better. Sometimes rumours have a teeny weeny element of truth in them and at the same time, they are plain malicious lies concorted by an envious person. Afterall, there's no one on the surface of Earth that hasn't been badmouthed before. Since you really like her, go for it. Ask her out on a date and choose a nice location(that she likes so do your research on that so you can impress her) and tell her. It doesn't hurt to say what's on your mind so don't worry.
Whatever anyone says, that's their business but if it still bugs you, when you both are finally dating, you could ask her (do it gently without being pushy or patronising) so you could get it off your chest.

u know one thing i believe in is that u should never think bt what plp think bt u or neone else. go meet her. know her better than judge her on ur own. forget the plp. sometimes plp act differently with diff. plp . i don't think neone can be "evil " . everyone has a god and bad side, maybe they don't like her bad side.
go know her, find her, love her

Think about how much you like/love her, and think about how awesome it will be when you are going out..So that might give you the confidence to actually make that happen.

just ask her out for a drink/coffee/walk, etc. and tell her that you feel she is special in your mind/heart and ask for a date....all the best :)
