I want to work out what I'm eating, just for fun. Does anyone know if there's a handy website to work this out?

Oh, absolutely! I used this site, and lost 50 pounds. Now I'm pregnant, so I'm using it to make sure I take in the right amount of nutrients :)

click on "assess your daily food intake"

I love it! :)

Oh yeah, it's a government site, so you don't have to worry about numbers being wrong :)
