Yes. We read in the Gospel of Mark:
Mar 6:3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
So, contrary to the Catholic clap-trap, we have it on a higher authority that Jesus did in fact have brothers and sisters.

Virgin Mary She was called and she will always be called that why? Because she has not had a male relationship. Jesus (pbuh) does not have a father or does Mary have a husband. So no she didn’t have any more children. Jesus (pbuh) was born miraculously.

Your question probably refers to the number of instances in the gospels where it describes a number of individuals as "Brother of Jesus"...
Bu to to clarify a point, it was commonly used in those days (even in many cultures today too) that cousins are counted amongs the person as 'brothers and sisters'.
The Virgin Mary, when she was born, she was offered as a gift to the temple to grow and serve there. And her parents (Joakim & Anna) had another daughter after her, and also named her Mary (mariam). That second Mary did go on and get married and had childeren, who in turn because Jesus' cousins (ie, named brothers and sisters in the Gospels.
Another proof that Jesus had no other siblings, was when He was hanging on the Cross, He asked his favourite Disciple (St John) to take His Mother, Virgin Mary, and told him that she is now his mother, and told Mary that John was her son. This was in order to ensure that His Mother would be looked after when He is Gone...Now; If jesus infact did have other brothers and sisters from the same Virgin Mary, would it not have been more logical and cultutrally respectable and honoring that one of them would look after the Virgin Mary (their own mother), rather than entrusting her safety and well being in the hands of a stranger?
So the answer to your question, No...not Biblically, culturally nor traditionally, is there any evidence that He had any other brothers nor sisters from the same Mother, nor from Joseph.
I hope this helps...God Bless

Joseph was her husband so father off all other children there are mention of several in the bible just now I can not think hope others get for you
for poki poki if he is the genuin one John the babtist was Jesus' cousen or born to marys cousen. he was the final old testiment prophet. definatly not a brother to Jesus. it seemed he did not know Jesus was the massiah untill his babtism which is quite suprising as elizebath his mother now Mary was carrying the holy child.

I personally believe he had at least two sisters, and four brother all by Joseph and Mary.
Mark 6:3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
You may that I can't prove these are Mary's children, but you can't prove they aren't.

Hi there, despite modern thinking on this the answer is no, Mary was sinless and her womb spotless,in order to recieve God made man, and lived with Joseph in sacred celibacy, after Jesus rose into Heaven, this is how She lived out the remainder of her life.
people just love to read more into this than is true and have no thought of the insult given to the Immaculate Mother of God.
