Many older people will have blood pressure variations, either too high or too low, which will add to feelings of dizziness or weakness. She may also be having circulatory problems, due to the aging process. She should have her blood pressure checked by a doctor to eliminate any problems in that area.
Another cause may be that she is not consuming enough food and water throughout the day. Many older people do not feel hungry and thirsty due to a lessening of activity in their lives. She needs to have someone overseeing her meals and her consumption of liquids on a regular basis in order to keep her healthy.
If you are a family member and can take care of this for her, do so. If not, you may need to look into getting her a home health care person that can be checking up on her and possibly having meals delivered to her at least once per day.
Where I live, Meals on Wheels is available, and the volunteers will only deliver to a few people per day, which enables them to spend some time with each person, and actually socialize a bit while the person eats the meal. I have several friends who are nurses, who work for this program and who have said that this interaction has cut down on emergency room visits by the elderly due to malnutrition and dehydration by a large percentage. Good luck to you both. Bless you for being concerned about this lady.

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/ZH02R
In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.
For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.
On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.

It depends on what countries you are referring to. In 1st world countries, both men an women face equal hardships. men may face losing their children after divorce and are often put down by society without society realizing they are doing it. On the other hand, women in 1st world countries still face issues like rape, low salary, troubles having children while working, no maternity leave, and even discrimination in the workplace. Though, women do have benefits that men don't. In third world countries or anything in between, there is no question who has it worse.

Odds are you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while sporting a meal so you're not necessarily gulping down more than you have to feel full.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you're likely to be trading fats for huge variety of sugar or sodium.
