Ok I'll be blunt about it: Breast, hips, behind and legs, smile, eyes and hair. Of course after this is that we decide to get to know the girl. Whinning personality, arrogant and sluts usually push away the actual worth it guys. The rest will still try to get into your pants.
Edit: To other responses, if the first thing you see is a girls brain then you are a Jack the Ripper like serial killer or a surgeon and still the second doesnt fit, I would really like to know how to notice a girls personality at first that would save me alot of time on my screening process

That's two different questions.
The first thing I look AT when I see a woman is her face. Then her boobs, legs and bum.
What I look FOR in a woman is a sense of humour and general personality - then I consider her face, boobs, legs and bum.

I suppose it's the way she carries herself and presents herself.
What I mean is women who take care of their appearance and who are well-mannered and have a smile on their face catch my attention.
On the other hand women who go along spitting in the street, shouting, swearing etc are a complete turn-off.
