i have a common disease of pre ejaculation i cant help myself but ejaculate within 10 second of an intercourse with a women i find it hard to satisfy a women because of this illness and find it hard to find a girlfriend, i turn to drugs and alcohol because it help me get over this problem. wats the cure!! lol

Pre ejaculation is the little stuff that cums out before you ejaculate. you are talking about premature ejaculation and i suggest a lot of masturbation, like 5 times every day.

First off, how old are you? If your in your teens to early twenties then I suggest you need to relax, slow down and breath deep. I too was young once, and can remember what it was like back then. How excited you get just because your getting some. Time cures all things grasshopper. And as was said before, knock a shot or two off a couple hours before the date. Couldn't hurt, and might solve the problem.

Don't stress so much about it. Next time you have sex and you feel like your going to c*m, just STOP for a minute and be really still until the feeling passes, then start going again. Or take your penis out of her and hold then end closed real tight until the feeling passes then put it in again and go somemore. You can keep doing this to add a bit more time to your sex session.
