Write: ''Hi, it's me(whoever you are:)). What are you doing? I'm not doing much and I remembered of you. How are you?'' It worked with me and I'm still with this guy...This is how we started and then he asked me out and asked me if I'd be his gf.We're together for a year and 1 month:D
She'll probably like that you think of her, and then just wait...Don't give up if she won't write you back , maybe she's just busy.

Don't message her...call her. Ask her how she's doing and make light conversation and if she responds and laughs a little then ask her when she'd be free for coffee.

tell her it was really nice meeting her and looking forward to chatting with her again. She will reply with either a vague answer which means she's not really into you or with a longer message which means she is.
