I am a Christian so I have to say that as a belief, when used in the loving way that Jesus taught, it is a great faith.
But it can also be used for hate, ignorance, intolerance, prejudice, and fear.

Christianity is hope for this world. Its founder was God that is why He is called Emmanuel; "God with us".Just look at the millions of people who have been influenced and look at the institutions that exist in His name Hospitals, orphanages ,schools and colleges .Why do you think many people have given up everything to follow Him ?What kind of a god would ask us to lift heavy burdens if he himself was not willing to carry it ? Jesus has never made any mistake ,do you know why ?Because He is God.

After the first paragraph i could not believe how uneducated you're with reference to Christian heritage; a million. Catholicism became not the first christian flow, in the course of the time of Paul's missionary artwork for Christ - no one had ever heard of a Catholic. 2. Fr.Martin Luther and Melancthon initiated the Protestant flow particularly by technique of twist of destiny. Fr. Luther not in any respect meant to cut loose from the Roman Catholic church on the starting up, yet he said by technique of interpreting scripture that there became in basic terms [one] thanks to salvation, by "Grace" (Ephesians 2:8) also by technique of the printing of the Bible [Gutenberg] it made God's be conscious and education to the believer accessible, which the following to fore were in basic terms contained in the fingers of the Catholic clergymen, [which the R.Catholic church might want to administration and interpret besides they said in good structure.] 3. then you definitely list the Mormon church [LDS] and the Jehovah Witnesses which in case you knew the Bible [God's be conscious], you'll comprehend that neither one pontificate or prepare Christian doctrine. 4. then you definitely go on to make a ludicrous fact that" The Roman Catholic church, who created Christianity [it became created by technique of Christ Jesus from the go] reformed Judaism. WOW, you'll more effective perfect go decrease back to study a lot more effective, thus far you have become an "F" in this class. i did not even problem to study any more effective it became to painful.

So thankful to be Christian! At first I thought it wasn't so special, then when I got older I realised it means having a special relationship with God through Jesus!

Sakina12,
if properly taught, it teaches the way to please God, and it's the only one that does that. Most other religions that include Jesus lean towards works to please God. And the Legalism that ensues become the focus in the works that are supposed to be a lifestyle.
When it's true that God's Spirit living through us who are in the faith of Him, begin to do the works that HE inspires, not by the traditions, but by the will of God.

Repectfully, Christianity is the second of a bad bunch of aggressive middle-eastern religions, the former being Judaism and the later being Islam, all related.

Only my opinion! Christianity is the best way to go. It is the only one religion that has been around since the beginning of time that started in the Garden of Eden.
