egyptian arabic:
enty okhty we sadekty
or u can say : ehna sohab wekhwat which means we are brother and sister and true friends (this one is more common and easier as a slang language) i would advice u to use the second phrase i gave u

I haven't got arabic letters here so I'll just write it in English. Anti ukhti wa sadeeqatee al haqeeqia. Why don't you want it in arabic though? Your name is arabic so you should know it. ;)
