my daughter get married next month, she's 24 anyway but here in Saudi that age is not legal cause they want 25. In our own country 18 is the legal age for marriage that's why i cant understand the consulate.They asked me to make parental consent in marriage and sign it (that's all) and my daugther and her fiance will get married but i dont know how to compose it. any help?

If I am understanding you, you need to compose the letter of consent yourself.....write:
To the respected consulate:
By this correspondence I am notifiying you of my consent for my daughter to get married at the age of 24. This decision is completely my own and not made under threat or duress of any kind. Her forthcoming marriage has been discussed with me and I am in complete agreement that this marriage should take place.

If I understand your question, then all you have to do is sign some papers for your daughter to get married. You can always ask the people at the courthouse or whatever you have there if you don't understand their laws. Good luck and best wishes.

cunsulate prepared for your daughter's problem...you told us that in your country,,18 is the legal age for marriage...and consulate only asked for your consent,,,just sign it....that all you need to do that...

Im not really sure of your question but if they are asking for your permission to get married and you are not comfortable with it then you should not sign anything
