Mix the egg with a little milk, season to taste, add a little butter (optional), in a microwave safe bowl. The length of time to cook will depend on the power of the microwave, so stir after about 30 seconds and then ever 10 - 15 seconds until it's cooked to your liking.

Break 2-3 eggs into a bowl, add a splash of milk and a small amount of butter, whisk slightly and put in the microwave on high for one minute. Take out and whisk again, put in again for one minute, take out - this is usually the best consistency for me - whisk again and serve on hot buttered toast with just a pinch of salt on the eggs

crack open the egg and put the contents in a cup/mug.
add any seasonings (salt, pepper, whatever)
add a bit of milk if you desire
mix it up as normal
put it in the microwave for 30 seconds
remove, and stir
microwave for 30 seconds more
remove and stir
keep microwaving and stirring
very soon (maybe after three or four times), your egg will be finished

my 5 yr old does this all the time.. just break an egg into a micro safe bowl. whisk it a bit, salt/pepper and put some saran wrap or some sort of lid over it.. inverted saucer or whatever that is micro safe cause the egg will slatter when cooking.. zap the egg for exactly 50 seconds on high and its perfectly done.. not rubbery yet.. haha
