what in the world makes you think anyone on here knows what the heck to do because we know you don't live in the U.S. so where are you from?
All I can suggest is to 1. ask your consulate. and 2. look it up on the internet.

First; I've got to say this: Don't do it. I know it will be hard on her and she will hate you for it right now. but, in a couple of years she will realize how much of a loser the guy is.. Yes, loser; any guy who would get child with child regardless of his age is a stupid loser.. However, if you are positive about her getting married than you must draft a letter of consent; a letter, hand written, giving her emancipation (setting her free - under her own legal responsibility) and sign it in front of a notary republic. Now, in some states, this signature must be accomplished in front of a judge; justice of the peace; mayor or Child welfare officer. Try and talk her out of it.. She will not marry the same man at 25 as she would at 16.
