My wife recommends a Neutrogena product called On-the-spot or RapidClear. it is a clear gel that you put on after washing your face that reduces most of the redness and swelling overnight.

The only immediate result is the dread "squeeze", but that is bad for your skin...so unless it's an emergency....:-(

Also remember that green neutralizes the redness from blemishes, so if you put some light green/olive color around the area first, then apply your foundation and make-up, the pimples will be much less visible.

do not touch your face whatsoever. don't sleep with makeup. what i found to work best is the oil of olay daily facials for sensitive skin. it removes makeup and gets rid of problems. i have never gotten a pimple since i started using the things.

Honestly, my opinion is not really worrying about it at all. I remembered when i would stress out about zits and crap that i would break out all the time. After that, i just didnt really care about them. Soon, old scars started healing up and no new zits where forming.

So pretty much, try not to stress to much about them.

Plus, keep your skin clean, but not TOO clean.

If your face drys out, then your body produces skin oils to compensate for the dryness, therefore making new zits.

best thing you can do is not touch it, AT ALL. If it's one of those pimples that feel really big and underneath.. TRUST ME, don't try and pop it. Try putting some ice on it, it will make it go down a lot.

I use toothpaste on my pimples. Just put it on right before you go to bed... it works wonders. Doesn't get rid of them, but drastically reduces them in size. Good luck!

Egg yolk works really well. Seperate it from the white and use as a mask. Let dry and you can feel it draw your skin. Tea tree oil works well too.
