Want to take home loan?

Hi all,

I want to take home loan around 10Lacs . I am planning for a long term payment, right now I am getting 25K sal , which bank will be good and how much EMI I should plan...

Please suggest .

i would not take out a home loan on a $25K sal, be careful about loans, there is a saying play now pay later or pay now play later ,before you make any major decision you should read "THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON" BY GEORGE S. Go for government aided banks like State Bank of India etc...dont go for private banks since the interest you pay will be less in government aided banks for a long term!! All the Best :)
They offer you flexibility in choosing the EMI which suites your pocket too...even if u can settle after a few yrs at a stretch u have an option which cannot be done in private banks!!
