when i turn on the digibox and select a channel the picture appears clear and as requested although the info bar at the bottom of the screen with programme details is pixelled,why is this and how can i fix it,the box is a thomson dv3? thanks

do a master box reset... .unplug it for 2 minutes.. plugging it in holding back-up and select...

Do a master reset. The helpline will talk you through it.
Phone them forst and go to technical support. If your reset doesn't work, they'll make you do it on the phone anyway before sending you a new one so you may as well just start the process rolling.
