Some Suggestions:
I buy Nature Valley granola bars in honey and oat and there are other flavors as well. They have a lower sugar content than other brands of granola bars.
A good way to eat apples is with a Tablespoon of peanut butter so it will fill you up.
Instead of just peanuts, trail mix consisting of different types of nuts and fruit give you a chance to cut the fat without having to feel hungry, because the appropriate serving of nuts is a handful. It also provides variety, which has been proven to help you eat less.
I keep high protein bars on me such as pria bars (110 calories, 5g of protein) and for more of a small meal replacement I eat Kashi meal bars.
I hope these suggestions are helpful.

Apples and peanuts are great. Snack on an apple, say two hours after ur breakfast and u can snack on a handful of peanuts during ur evening tea. You can also snack on rice crisps and carrot sticks. Since you are at school and i assume will include some amount of physical activity, try having food that are equally rich in carbs and protein.

Take some mini tins of baked beans to school,
or carrot, celery.. fruit..Nuts & Seeds...yoghurt??
please don't resort to health food bars, they are extremly high in sugar and carbs...
The best foods to eat are foods, the least refined.. E.G. Salads, Wholemeal Breads.. Vegetables (try them raw, they taste pretty good) Beans & Legumes, or browm rice..
Can you prepare your food before you take it to school?? I always take a container to work with bits of carrot, celery, asstd nuts, capsicum, brocolli, Asstd salad sprouts, cherry tomato's, cucumber, Low fat cheese and mushrooms, I cut these into bite size pieces and store them in airtight containers in the fridge, and take a container to work everyday and leave it on my desk and snack on the bits & goodies allday, Extra Healthy and I can eat it with my fingers... I probably only have to prepare a big batch every 3 days...
Good Luck!

At work I always keep a bag of trail mix, granola bars, apple sauce, and fruit cups. Those are pretty healthy. In the fridge at work I have string cheese. :) You can do it!
and p.s. NO soda. If you are trying to lose weight.

apples, peanuts if not too salty, carrot sticks, if you are not overweight you might try the energy bars put out by various health food companies. or a smoothie , grapes, whole wheat crackers.
