I ordered a pizza at 12:16 and they told me that it would be 45 min. well an 1h 30min later and no pizza and when I call them and they are closed! Why didnt they call and tell me this? How can they treat a customer this way? worse is that I paid for it with student cash money over the phone and they didnt deliver? what should I do?

Call them (or better yet, go there) as soon as they open tomorrow and ask for the manager and tell him what happened and that you are not satisfied with this. You should get your money back and if they're decent they will make it up to you (free pizza maybe).
As for your food trouble, I guess you're just going to have to find another place to get food tonight. You can try to order pizza from somewhere else or go out and try to find an open restaurant or shop. In the worst case, you'll be hungry till something opens in the morning.

You got someone who was either quitting the Pizza place or just had a short memory. You must go there in person and confront them. Be Calm and forceful, not Angry. The quiet forceful person is the one that gets results. I had an experience at Radio Shack where the had some Printer Cartridges on sale for
$10.99 Theya re normally 30 dollars, but it is ovious that they were closing them out. When they entered the price it came to $64.00 Plus Tax. I pointed out the sign in the window below the cartridges and they said it was a mistake.
I very quietly stated: "You will sell me those cartridges at the stated price or I will raise more H**l that you have ever thought possible. They quietly corrected the Tab and I had the cartridges at the stated price. That is What I mean be being qietly forceful.

Unfortunately, these things happen sometimes. Legally they are only required to give you a pizza tommorow. But hopefully they will give you credit and won't make that mistake with you personally again. There might be a serious reason why the pizza didn't get delivered. Don't be angry when you talk to them tomorrow.

The next day go by the pizza place and talk to the manager and complain and tell them what happened. Tell them that you feel that the next time you should get a complimentary pizza! Complain in front of several customers if you have to! Make sure that you get a good hot pizza to take home with you! You might want to mention that you had to go to bed hungry!

Go in hter tomorrow right when they open and demand to talk to the OWNER of the establishment! If they say he isn't available, ask WHEN he will be available. You really don't have to wait to talk to the owner; your insistance will let them know that you mean business.
If the owner isn't available, talk to the manager or person in charge. Report what happened. If they are like most good businesses, they will do whatever it takes to satidfy the customer. If they blow you off, report them to both the Better Business Bureau in your town and your college's activities committee, or whoever is in charge of the student cash.

Hope you got your money back. A free pizza for the future would be a good gesture on their part to.

WOW! THIS IS A HARD ONE TO ANSWER. AFTER MANY HOURS OF PONDERING YOUR QUESTION, MY THOUGHT IS YOU SHOULD CONTACT THEM. FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE, YOU SHOULD REQUEST A REFUND & A FREE PIZZA. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THEM TO HANDLE THIER BUSSINESS MATTERS IN SUCH A WAY!
