God created the angels from light (they have no will) they just obey and worship him. than he created the devils from fire(they have a will like human) they can obey and they can desobey.
the bible teach that satan is a fallen angel while it can't be because God the most wise didn't give the angels a will to choose. saying that satan is a fallen angel is saying tha God is imperfct, this is the christian claim.

I'm not sure where you learned that angels have no will, or that devils were created from fire-- at least according to the traditional teachings in the West (I can't speak for Asian cosmologies), God created the angels to serve him, but did not deny them "will". Indeed, in Christian tradition one of the four archangels at the top of the hierarchy was the Archangel Lucifer, the Light-bringer, who was so enamored with his own beauty and strength that, when confronted with God's Creation, with His creating human beings and granting them what the angels could never have-- the opportunity to become not just mere created beings, but sons and heirs of the Almighty-- he chose to no longer do God's bidding, but to worship only himself... and his beauty and strength were enough that other, lesser angels followed and worshipped him.

God could have simply snuffed him out (as would be appropriate with an errant 'light'), but instead had the Archangel Michael lead the loyal Hosts of Heaven against the rebels. Lucifer was cast down, his light stripped away (and so renamed Satan), and bound until the end of time. His followers, now no longer lesser angels but lesser devils and demons instead, were cast down with him.

The power he had as an archangel he has no more. Indeed, since Christ has defeated death itself, Satan's only real power is the Lie-- the power to tempt, and to corrupt. His ally is our human pride, which, like his own, keeps us from wanting to admit that we are powerless to save ourselves and wholly dependent upon the eternal love of God for our salvation.

It is freely offered-- more, in order to save us God was even willing to sink to our level, to actually become one of the things He created, and even let us kill Him, horribly, on the Cross-- but Satan too often finds it easy to convince us that we don't need Jesus Christ, or anything or anyone else... human pride. And the same pride which condemned an Archangel will condemn us.

Incidentally, there were four archangels-- in addition to Lucifer and Michael, there are Raphael and Gabriel. Raphael is God's Angel of Healing; Gabriel is God's messenger. It was Gabriel who appeared to the Blessed Virgin Mary, carrying word from God that she was chosen to bear the Christ-child. When Lucifer was cast down, Uriel became the fourth archangel in his place.

Jewish tradition is somewhat different-- without Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross to save humanity, there was nothing for Lucifer to be jealous of,and lacking a Hell, there was no place to cast him down to anyway! In Jewish tradition, Michael is the greatest of God's angels, followed by Gabriel (both are mentioned by name in the Book of Daniel). In rabbinic literature, the four are Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel. Michael is the Guardian Angel of Israel (who, among many other things, prevented Abraham from sacrificing Isaac), Gabriel is God's Messenger (who, again among many things, protected Joseph from Potiphar and ensured that the infant Moses was found by Pharaoh's daughter). Raphael means 'God's Healing' in Hebrew (and was one of the angels who visited and healed Abraham after his circumcision), while Uriel means "Light of God". Uriel is the 'bringer of knowledge'-- the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings-- to mankind.

God, in His wisdom, created His angels to serve His will-- not as automatons or robots, but as loyal and loving servants. That (in my Christian tradition) one should fail and fall is tragic, but God allowed it for His own ineffable reasons... reasons far beyond what we mere humans can comprehend.

Neither, it's a fairy tale creature, a figment of someones imagination.
Accordingly Satan and all the greater hosts of hell are angels since they fell with Satan ( aka Lucifer Morning Star). Nothing in the Satan story implies that god is less than perfect, he gave angels (Satan and his followers too) free will, he may not be omni-cogent {all seeing, all knowing}, but that's not imperfection. Also it might have been the plan that god has that Satan rebel.
Devils and demons that Satan created have no free will to disobey but they are created from the same thing as angels the difference being who created them. Neither were/are created from light or fire.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

It is written that God made Satan the full pattern as a cherubim, he had everything. His pride took over and then he wanted to be God. He drew 1/3 of God's children (angels,) from Him. This is when the Katabole took place. Satan was then taken by Michael and held in chains until the time he will be cast down to earth. The reason for the Millineum after Christ returns is a teaching time for all that did not follow Christ, a time to be taught the truth and not be deceived. At the end of the thousand years, Satan is released for a short while to see who will still follow him. This is an elimination time of those that are who wish to continue evil ways and follow Satan's footsteps. Heaven, God's kingdom will be here on earth. No one is going anywhere in the eternity, but here on this rejuvenated earth. There will be no evil, druggies, troublemakers, murderers, child molesters etc in heaven. Those that choose to continue to follow Satan will be cast into the lake of fire with Satan, not to burn as many believe, but blotted out, never to exist ever again. We want to be rid of the evildoers. They have no place in heaven. God was being very fair by giving man the opportunity to either choose Satan or Him. If God had made everyone to automatically love and follow Him, that would not be real and true. God wants us to make a choice to love Him or not. God set the rules in the garden, Adam and Eve knew what was expected of them, but they both were disobedient. It is not God's fault that they failed to obey, but there is redemption in forgiveness and giving ones life to the Lord.

Angels have the capacity to decide....... Which is why satan caused himself to change from that great wonderful creature he was....

The heart is a strong thing.... It beats to force blood to flow throughout the entire body..... but spiritually, it weighs right and wrong... and can fill the mind with strength or doubt.....

Satan, chose jealousy over God's new creation because he was no longer the " "gem" on the pedestal:.....
