I only buy the 100% Cranberry juice because I know the added sugars of the others will neutralise the health benefits.
It's so sour! Will diluting it with plain bottled water have the same health benefits?

Adding water to suit your taste is fine. The juice isn't any less healthy. You will just need to drink a larger quantity if you want to ingest the same amount of juice. Take care not to drink too much liquid (at least not all in one sitting) as your kidneys will be working overtime to try and flush it all through your system.

Good luck.

Sure. Try club soda without quinine and call it a spritzer. Diluting it shouldn't cause a problem, unless you drink less total juice molecules.
