hey my hubbie is at basic and i have anout 30 lbd remaing from preg that i need to loos really quick like withink 45 days any suggestions???

WOW that is quite a goal. It's a lot of weight to try and loose. Your best bet is proper eating habits. Try about 5 little meals a day. Eat very slowly. I'm sure you know the foods to stay away from. Water, Water, Water... If you aren't going to the restroom at least once an hour you aren't drinking enough. As far as exercise brisk walking is good, jogging is better, aerobics is the best. Hit a gym if you can and ask a personal trainer if the have one. Lifting weights to build lean muscle mass, that muscle will need more stuff to burn (fat). If you have a pool close by lap swimming or aqua-aerobics is about the best over all workout.

I lost alot of weight the last time my husband was deployed. It took me about 3 months to lose about 45lbs. Once you start to loose, you will feel much better about yourself but the first 2-3 weeks were the hardest. I had a young one too and I found walking and running with a jogging stroller really helped. Also work out videos you can do at home and gyms that have child watch are very helpful with a little one. I promise your husband will be excited to see you either way, but good luck!

Start drinking LOTS of water.

Walk, jog, or run for at least an hour every day. The faster you move the more calories you will burn but the length of time is more important than the speed.

Only weigh your self once a week on the same day right after you wake up.

eat right.

45 days might not be enough to lose that much weight and do it is a heathly way.

Be careful. Try drinking a lot of water and walking and talk to a gym person ( I dont know that right word) they can tell you what foods to stop eating.

there's no healthy way to lose that much weight in such a little amount of time. you just had a baby, it takes time to get down to your pre-pregnancy size. your husband will be happy just seeing you again after he's been away for so long.

I am miltary when you get out of basic that would be great but for the most part he will just be happy to see you and get some loving.
