The relief of stress, in American society the pressure of everyday living is killing us. Physical activity promotes a mental massage over our brains and calms the soul. This is why it is so important for American to stop over eating to calm us down and start exercising.

gives u a natural high, it helps u produce endorphins...and it just help ur whole well being, personally i use it to relax, i have this pain on my right side of the chest and i feel short of breath sometimes,, but with strenuos exercise, it goes away.... and it is a good way to relieve stress..after working long hours...
