You still have your right one, so you could still produce sperm cells to be able to fertilise an ovum to produce a fetus.

Assuming you stil have one testicle, it is healthy and th erest of your equipment works according to specifications, you should stil be able to have all the kids you want and more. Though if you want some positive reinforcem, ent, ask your doctor to have your sperm count checked next time you are in. If you wear tight underwear or there is any other problem, he can help you solve a low count.

What did the doctor say? It sounds like it is possible for you to father children. But I am not your doctor. If he said NO, the answer is probably "no". If he said "maybe", which sounds likely, that is the only answer anyone else can give.

If the other one is functioning, you'll be ok. You only need one. To be sure, you should be tested for sperm count.
