This is in good fun so thanks for asking. My favorite of all time is- from years ago- an oldie but a goldie- " you must be exhausted because you've been running through my mind all night!"
It's so stupid, it even cracks up the other person if you deliver it right and does nothing more than breaks the ice.

Sorry friend - there just isn't a "best pick-up line". They are all lame, normally don't work unless the bird is a total moron, and are usually just plain irritating. If you see a bird you like, rather just go up to her and say "excuse me for interupting you, but I saw you from over there, and just had to come say hello". At least that's an honest approach.
