For "armed, conflict, killing," go to my msn space
http://spaces.msn.com/misperceptionsofislam/
where i not only indicate the controversial verses used, but also give an explanation of their true meaning (this is the most important site out of all the ones I have listed in my answer).

For treatment of women, also go to the website given above.

For Isa, or Jesus, go to my msn space:
http://spaces.msn.com/jesuspbuh/
where you will find most if not all the qur'anic verses regarding Jesus, in addition to a comparison between islam and christianity (e.g. why we don't believe in the trinity etc... if you get offended, i suggest you don't read this. Although, I've tried to be very respectful when i wrote this.)

For the afterlife, there are 3 websites you can go to, depending on what part of the afterlife you want to read about.

For Death (til before Judgement Day) go to http://spaces.msn.com/almawt/

For Judgement Day go to
http://spaces.msn.com/saqqar/ (there are many stages in Judgement Day, that's why its like 26 pages)

For Hell go to
http://spaces.msn.com/jahanam/

For Heaven go to
http://spaces.msn.com/aljanna/

All of these sites are pretty detailed, so if you're truly looking for the truth or knowledge, reading them won't be a problem. I'm pretty sure you'll be satisfied if you read them.

Peace be with you

# 1 and most important ... DO NOT LOOK FOR THEM ONLINE! Or rely on anyone posting them from a website. Everything has been corrupted these days. If you really want to know the truth instead of a biased transaltion online, then buy/borrow one. Anyone would be willing to lend you one in your area.

# 2 Follow rule number one.

Just look in Wikipedia, or reserching, its very peaceful religion and infact has lots of wome rights issues, and also killing is forbidden in Islam, it will help ppl understan better about Islam if the studied it and they will realise how peacful the Religion is, trust wikipedia or go to www.islamonline.net or www.islamonline.org
u can ask questios online there o serach about anything there just type the word women, killign etc, it will come up.

Download this software, which allows you to pick a topic word and go through all the verses where that topic word appears:
