when i had a fever and it read 104 degrees, i felt as though i needed more warmth even though my entire body was hot. then, i tried to sleep, but somehow, i couldn't because my body didnt feel stable and i started shivering and shaking, even though i had thick blankets. then i threw up. i think that is partially the cause.
