Society has dictated what is or is not proper for all aspects of life, including meals. Americans are generally raised to think that eggs, cereal, orange juice, coffee etc. are for breakfast, and steaks, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, dessert etc. are for dinner. I learned that the French don't really eat cheese for breakfast (I was asking for a cheese plate and bread). I also learned the Vietnamese don't eat pho for lunch or dinner (it's a breakfast item). Just goes to show.
I personally like busting that mold. Eggs and prime rib is delicious for breakfast, as is left over dinner. For thanksgiving, I will make myself a full turkey dinner for all subsequent meals, until it's all gone. Even yesterday for dinner, I had a 3-egg scramble with sausage, onions, bacon, avocado, and cheese. Mmmmmmm.

Sounds like you are choosing to eat the correct meals at the correct times.. Eating that way helps you loose and keep off weight. Keep eating steaks for breakfast :)

but seriously steak is good for breakfsat(i personally prefer an apple but...)it s protein and gives your energy for the day ..and it fills you up so that you canhave smaller meals the rest o the day(plus a meal like that would need all day to burn all that off).

It's nt traditonaly breakfast food. Also fiber is the best for starting the day. However, I agree on the size of the meals you have outlined here.

Some people don't know that you can eat steak for breakfast. I love to eat that for breakfast, well when I get a chance to go to a diner. They always know how to hook it up.

it's not weird to eat steak 4 breakfast half of the time i have pizza 4 breakfast if u get hungry your gonna eat whatever u crave
even if it's not for breakfast your gonna eat it. enjoy your steak breakfast :)

It's our culture.
Anyways, it's good to eat a cereal during breakfast to get some of your vitamins and minerals.
Most people don't get those nutrients during the day.

When I was a young girl......under 10 steak for breakfast was common....and then my mom move to Cali and became a flower child....no more red meat for us.....LOL
