One moment she says she loves me,other times she is so not into me.I have told her i can`t see her right now as it`s not good for me,I was honest and said she is not where i am.She said she understood but has not backed off at all, almost like it`s a challenge for her.Is this all related to being Bi polar. She has some family issues also.I feel like telling her until she gets good therapy I will not see her.She see`s a councelor now once a week.Am I wrong to tell her she is emotionally unavailable and tell her she can get help,or am i getting too involved.I didn`t break her and I can`t fix her.She is on meds but still has the swings. She is so into God and her religion but does not act in that way.She is very permiscuious,is this also related to the desease..Thanks in advance

this is a hard disease to deal with you must be patient and really supportive of her. she needs emotional support from you. if you really love her then if she needs someone tell her youll be there for her. i wouldnt tell her that because it will offend her and she can end up having a break down and her swings may get worse. try a more positive approach about it. dont point out her faults. it will only worsen the situation. medication takes time to kick in so be patient with her. like i said if you really love her then understand that it will take time and stand by you lady. good luck and i hope the best for you.

A word to the wise is sufficient. Tell her goodbye and good luck. I am not being mean but I am trying to save you from as living hell. I was married to a woman with a bi-polar disorder (called manic depression in my day) and she drove me nuts especially in her manic mode. I won't go into the sordid details but my life was totally screwed up. I spend a fortune on medication, doctors, hospitals but nothing worked. If you aren't afraid of terrible and horrible actions from another human being then stay with her, but beware. It may kill you or if not death, then insanity.
I am being VERY serious and not unkind.

if you like [or love] her, even if she's a bit weird and crazy, you should stick by her at all time and help her through ANYTHING. if you like her and are giving up on her, that should tell you what kind of person you are.
