ok i bought a "new" game from EB games, or electronics boutique here in canada and it wasnt in that tight plastic wrap like most games. it was cooking mama for nintendo ds. anyways does that mean it was opened or even used? do some places sell the games without the plastic wrap? all it had was a circle sticker on the side of it saying if torn and u wanna return u only have 14 days to do so, and also a sticker on the front with the price on it. please give me ur input, thanks.

EB Games does that.
I am not sure why .. they say they are new, not used, but all of the games they sell come like that. My kids got to where they won't buy any new games from EB games at all, only used ones.
