Definitely. In some strains of recessive pieds, the cere is always pink, but can be male. I had a yellow and green recessive pied whose cere was always pink, but it was a male. Only sure-fire way is to take to vet to test.

The only way to know for sure is to get a female and put it in with the bird. Usally if your bird is not an albino the female will a white or brown cere, and the male will always have the blue cere. The albino bird with pink eyes and all white feathers I would think also has the blue cere. Many female birds will act like a boy bird, but what do boy birds act like really? All my parakeets act alike to me. Usally the female will beg for food from a male.

I have raised some males, who have a lavender colored cere. Most of the males will have a tinted blue cere, and the females have a beige, colored cere. It could be a male, but as you look closer, it might be a lavender color. A good way to find out if your a breeder, Throw a female in with this bird and see what happens. But make sure you have a nest box, then you can tell for sure.

It's possible, but have you ever took it to visit the vet? Simple tests can figure out if the parakeet is male or female. Obviously some parakeet mutations are different from others, so it may be a male. What kind of parakeet is it?

there are many ceres that are in-between colors. The only real way to know the sex of a parakeet is to take it to your vet and ask!

Yes it is possible, I've seen several male budgies without any blue in their cere, yellow ones to be exact, but there are several other colors too.
