When they grow up they will be basically worshipping (in whatever way) two things.
1) Those objects from which they derive benefit - the sun, the rivers, animals such as cows, ..etc.
2) Those objects which can harm them, which they fear or which they do not understand such as snakes, tigers, crocodiles, lightning etc.
This is basically how religion began & humans as you know, repeat history.
Of course you will always have a percentage who would not belive in such worship & who would be critical of the way others worship.
No way they will become christians, hindus or muslims.

I think a religion would develop quickly, that would not resemble the big three God religions or eastern religions. Assuming they could learn a language in one generation without a society to help, i believe they would develop and animist tradition similar to early humans. This type of religion would not be very sophisticated, because, the culture will not have the complexity to develop a complex religion, but some supernatural belief would emerge
Human need a way to make sense of the world around them, and religion provides answers.

They will be exactly where we're at now--although not necessarily following the same religions of their fathers--but there will be theists, atheists and agnostics just the same...
Theists will believe in a Supreme Being [or Beings], while atheists will argue vehemently against them of such an existence, and the agnostics will still be sitting on the fence not being able to decide one way or the other.
LOL.
Peace be with you.

They would get along just like other children that have not developed any religious preferences would. but at some point they would learn their own language and the strongest would be the leader. and yes they would probably develop some type of religion. such as worshiping the people that brought them food. or start worshiping the sun as most religions did when they started out.

If these are babies, then religion would have no merit.....
In fact, babies are come from a mutual place and these speak the same language....
The thing is, when they become "more human", they forget that place and will spend the rest of their lives trying to remember where it is and what it was.......
So, religion is born to those of us who seek that understanding based on what we have not found in others.....

Not without the fear factor. Religions need fear to feed on. Fear of enemies, fear of death, fear of the unknown. Some of those babies are almost certain to tell scary stories and realize what power can be had from offering salvation from fears. Similar religion to their parents is possible because of the need for a religion to satisfy certain needs to succeed. But the exact form depends upon their understanding of their world and the specific fears they are addressing

You have to be taught religion. Sure, it's possible that when they grew up, they could create some sort of religion for themselves, as that is how religions sprouted up in the first place...but unless they were taught the religions of their birth, there would be no way for them to know anything about them.

Hard to say. It's an interesting experiment.
We KNOW for a fact boys get erections when close to girls after having been locked in closets, so SEXUAL reactions or LUST is not a learned trait.
All you girls catch that.
We guys get hard naturally.
It's got NOTHING to do with Porn or Playboy and everything to do with YOUR PHYSICAL BODIES.
That's a reality.
We'll know one day. Science is on the verge of creating a race of people. Brave New World is coming in the next 500 years.
WILL they write books (bibles)? Will they pray to dieties (scientists or politicians)? Will they disocover Good and Evil, Right and Wrong?
Will WE throw them out of Eden!

They will not follow the religion of their birth because they will not have anyone to teach it to them. Religion is not genetic. They will experience a sense of lack because all humanity was created to be in relationship with God.

they will instinctively come up with some form of primative religion--just read the book 'Lord of the Flies' for proof--I do believe love potion's answer is inspired by the same book
