Well...i think thinkin is a really good thing that could happen.....i mean where would humans stand in the animal kingdom if we could not think..........but.......if it becomes a pain in the neck, u need to do something to do about it. Well as u might have experienced till now that thinking is a little sort of an involuntary action and is rather difficult to control......well i guess u must have also heard about ppl doing gr8 stuffs like magic, hypnosis etc etc. There is some truth behind all these. So what i want to sugest to u is that, "THINK" not about everything but about your own question....I guess if u overthink and overanalyse too much, u must have already come out with some solutions why you are thinkin too much.....Use your so called pain in the neck, "overthinking" to confront the situation. Use it as an asset, and i bet u ll discover much more than u know already. Remember, it is those who know how to make wrongs right and those who stand firm who succeeds in the long run. U should keep the zeal of winning every fight/battle u face in life.

think about the hurt she has caused you. Remember, she hurt you. She doesn't deserve even a second of you thoughts. She's not worth it. Say this again and again " It's not like I'm gonna die. I'm way too good to be overthinking". For overthinking in general, just do something else, ok? You just don't have anything else interesting to do. That's why, you overthink. *do something you really like and enjoy. except Overthinking.

Lady Emma, as the name implies you are living an ever more perfect life. Nonetheless your eyes are seeing that there are few other people doing the same. Your first glimpse of an error in life has developed. Be careful now not to overload your circuits as you watch friends and family more closely and see the different ways of life. No science yet can find man-made secrets . There is a second vocabulary to learn and a winners' circle of friends. The outcast people can never find the answers alone. If god wont help you then you must look for a friend who is also an outsider like yourself. Remember the brain doesn't like to have false beliefs and will hurt you back when it finds out that the brain must relearn the ways of the life of man.

Try Ashtanga Yoga, or 'Vinyasa'. Or any type of Yoga that gets you moving. It teaches you to focus. It's hard work, but you feel really good afterword. It can also be expensive. But for 10 bucks, and an hour and a half of your time, it's money well spent. If you haven't tried it before, or haven't excercised in some time, be prepared for a workout.

I do the same thing. I say try a xanax. I tried it a few times and it was the only thing on earth that helped me relax. Dr.'s are afraid to prescribe it thought bc of addiction.

I may be totally wrong on this....may want to check it out though, there is a type of ADD/ADHD that involves overfocusing .... I thought it was interesting due to the typical behavior associated with ADD/ADHD being more of a problem with inability to focus.
