I have this neighbor who is moving today. I go outside to say my goodbye at him at the moving truck, but he said he wants to come over to my apartment later to personally say goodbye. Granted we have been flirting with eachother for about 6 months. Why couldn't he just say goodbye to me when I went outside and saw him moving is stuff? Do you think he wants to give me more than a verbal goodbye?

Yes when a boy or young man says something like i would like to come over and give you a personal good by and you all have been flirting with each other for 6 months and nothing has happen between the two of you, than he knows he may never see you again so he is going to make something happen like making love.

Yeah, seems a little more than a verbal goodbye. If this a route you want to travel. No.1 make sure you are safe and be sensible. As long as you do these things, the choice is yours.
Since you have been flirting you have to be aware that he may have been given the wrong signals.
You may be happier just given him a kiss on the cheek and a goodbye outside.

either way you should agree to this "last goodbye" i guess. he'll probly tell you he likes you, or possibly tell you that hes not even sure if he likes you. anyway, im not really sure what else he would say, i mean, he cant really say he likes you in front of everyone. (im assuming people would be there by the truck)

there could be more to it or it could just be he didnt want to say goodbye then in the middle of the street while he was busy...but if you guys have been flirting go for it!!

i think he likes u, maybe wants to kiss u goodbye or somethin, but if u live alone, b careful bout lettin him in, ther are some real terrible ppl out ther that seem kind and friendly

Who knows what he has in mind. If the thought of being alone with him makes you uncomfortable, don't be home later.
