My cat thats a Tonkanese bounces off the walls as it is and she is only 9-12 months old (we found her). So because she is so young and she is already racing like a Indy car at such a young age, should I expect her to get faster and more destructave later?

If yes, around what age do u think?

Your cat is still a kitten and will not settle down to lazy cat status until they are about three. Unfortunately, that situation isn't good for them either. They need to be active to stay in good physical condition. Cats need to play. Insofar as peak physical age is concerned, that will vary with the cat, the cat's diet and environment. I have one who is 21, and he still likes to play, although he doesn't climb window screens like he did when he was a kitten. If you don't have the time to play with him enough to give him the exercise he needs, I would suggest getting another kitten, if you can afford it. Not another cat. Kittens are easier to blend in, and their natural playfulness will give them both plenty of exercise.

They are full grown by three years, and generally are set in their ways. She won't get more destructive, but if you are worried about where she is jumping...buy a squirt gun and squirt WATER at her and tell her no or down. Eventually she will stop jumping there habit that she will get wet, and will learn that no means WATER...my cat Shadow doesn't jump up on the kitchen counter anymore and if I tell her down she gets down fast.

i wouldn't expect her to get more destructive later on in life, i would expect her to be about the same until she starts getting more elderly (like a senior cat) and can't move around as well.
