As part of the Universe and not ALL of the Universe, we can never know the answer to Why the ONE moves at all.
To know the answer, we would have to be the ALL of the ONE. We are only a small part of the ONE.
But whatever IT does, it does not put ITS perfection in question, at least not by the ONE and if the part questions the perfection of the ONE, or the ALL, that is its choice in the freedom allotted to it by the ONE in the first place. It will not affect the ONE and get the ONE to move in a different direction or manner.
In physics, when the atom, the point particle was the "fundamental" matter, we could hope to make or find a "point" by knowing the position and speed of motion of the fundamental particle. When we discovered the Proton and the Neutron, we just created smaller fundamental particles inside the nucleus. The same with the Quark, we just created a smaller fundamental point particle inside the Proton, the Neutron, and the Gluon. Now we are at the String (in theory), we are outside the point particle and are into the "field". The string is a "field" just like a magnetic field. We can't hope to find the "point" anymore. We have moved away from the "fundamental" point particle for the quantum "probability". So the most we can say about anything with the quantum theory is the probability of anything being one way or another.
So we can say that ONE probably IS. We can say that the ALL (Creation) was probably created by the ONE. We can't be sure.
We can say that the "God" you mention is probably not a HE, or a SHE. So to be more correct, we can say that the ONE is probably a SHE/HE/IT (if you say it fast, it sounds like SH.T).
ONE includes the male, the female, and the neutral, ONE is not gender-based. ONE is not jealous, angry, war-like, loving, like the personal "God". To create the ALL (Creation) the ONE would have to include everything inside of ITSELF since there is nothing to work with beside ITSELF. "GOD" is too masculine and does not equally include the feminine. "God" is jealous, angry, unforgiving, impatient, and generally an extreme of all the human qualities and faults.
The ONE is none of these. When I say the ONE, I do not question IT. I can question the TWO (MIND) because IT can give be one answer or another, or the THREE (3d or the TRINITY), or the FOUR. But the ONE can only BE. Much like the ZERO (emptiness) of Buddhism. You can ask the ZERO anything you want and you will not get an answer. The ONE is SOMETHING, the ZERO is Emptiness or Nothing.
We have a choice and the ONE allows that.

Why does His perfection have to be asked of to the answer of the Universe? I don't know what the over all point is, He has always been around, there was never a beginning for God. Perfection doesn't rely on being perfectly content to do nothing.

Is this some sort of trick question for Halloween? or what???
Come on man...Nobody can give you the CORRECT answer to this question.
We can give you our theories, or our beliefs.
But what it really all comes down to is FAITH.
You either believe in Him or you do not.So why waste our time with this question when we are all pretty sure that no matter what we say, it is not what you want to hear?
Anyway, I think if I was SUPREME, PERFECT, I would not just be happy sitting around in a void.
I would definately create, and allow for this CREATION to be "self sufficient" to continue to create, without me, yet with me being its CREATOR and making it look like some BIG BANG made it all come into play....And sure I would try my best to give my creations FREE WILL.
But let me say this, BE GLAD I AM NOT GOD, Cause I don't think I would wait until EVERYONE had the chance to HEAR and BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST, the ONE WHO WAS SENT FOR EVERY MANS SALVATION...I would just start...well anyway...be glad I am not GOD.
I would get into my GODMOBILE and start driving around all the BAD PEOPLE and just start SPLATTING THEM ON THE WINDSHIELD, and I would be like ...HA HA HA , the last thing to go through that ignorant twerps mind was his a*shole!!!
Don't believe in me ...I'll show you ...SPLAT!!!
ANOTHER one BITES THE DUST...
LOL I'm just kidding...
I believe he created all this for us to enjoy and to see how great the physical world and universe is that there must be something BETTER than this...That, THIS COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY ALL JUST HAPPENED BY CHANCE, maybe He was BORED.
Maybe He wanted some COMPANY, besides all the angels, and FALLEN ANGELS...he needed us as the PUNCHLINE for His CREATION...Or perhaps He made us cause He wanted to see what we would do in this...CHANCE OF A LIFETIME opportunity>?
I mean, you know???
God is GOD, as far as I am concerned.
He is SOVEREIGN...1. Above all others; Chief;Supreme. 2.Supreme in power, rank, etc. 3. Independant of all others...

You have no right to question the creator, it is a humiliation. May God forgive you. The God has absolute right to creat whatever
the God likes. We are destined to be the creations, so we can't do anything except to accept the truth. When first God start creating us, angels had asked God one question:- Oh my mighty God, why you want to create human (from dirty mud) who will bring disaster onto the earth, and the God only answer: Some knowledge I know, you will never know. What if you ask your father, why you give birth to me? Please appreciate this precious life that gifted by the benevolent God.

WHY GOD CREATED UNIVERSE
Q. Why God created universe, which need of God is behind it?
A. God created this universe and made it a home for the creatures. So that the creatures might pay thanks to God through worship and obedience and in turn they might receive God’s blessings.
Universe is a creation of God and behind it____ is God’s Almightiness. God created the needs___ the needies____ and all the things of needs. God is God____ God is need-free and Absolute Holy.
God is Almighty. God creates whatsoever God wills to create. Each and every creature of God is answerable to God and God is not answerable to anyone.
If the worshippers worship God and obey Gods commandments, it makes no difference to God. But on the other side, it makes a lot of difference to the worshippers if they do not worship God as they become empty-hearted and remain empty-hearted until and unless they resort to God.
If the sinners sin and disobey God, it makes no difference to God but the sinful life brings a lot of difference to the sinners as the sins necessitate the curse of God.
Curse is the God ordained result of sin
While blessing is the God ordained
result of virtue.
God has already judged the sinners and the righteous, in terms of their deeds through revealing the commandments and ordaining the ways to Hell and Heaven.
Key-point to receive the blessings of God___ is to become God’s dependent by all means____ through prayers_____ and patience ____ and trust in God.
God helps and guides aright to those who ask God for God’s help and guidance.
The people who do not believe God and lead a lustful life____ are always mislead to disaster.
Here is God’s taught prayer for those who want to secure the blessings of God in true sense.
PRAYER
By the leave of God,
the Beneficent,
the Merciful.
Praise be to God,
Lord of the worlds.
The Beneficent, the Merciful.
Owner of the each and the ultimate
Day of Judgement.
O’ Lord!
You alone, we worship;
You alone, we ask for help.
Show us always, the right way,
In each and every matter.
The way of those,
Whom You have blessed;
Not the way of those,
Who earn Your anger,
Nor of those who go astray
AMEN
THE MESSAGE
There can never be peace on the earth
Unless all the nations
Embrace the way of Alone God
And forget
Their self-made
Religious differences.

Hypothetically speaking, God created the grand multiverse - with an infinite number of universes, in order to solve a mathematical problem that is far beyond human understanding at this time.

God felt that He was a hidden treasure and wanted to be discovered. So He created the creation with humanity being the highest of the high so that they may discover the treasure. But some amongst humanity reject this opportunity and become the lowest of the low by their deeds.

Maybe He was bored and needed something to do. So He created the universe. There's always something interesting to watch. Or because He just felt like it. Does there have to be a reason?
That's like asking why a painter decides to paint a painting. Maybe there's no specific reason behind it.

What a conundrum you have asked!!! Why would a God create God? If there is a beginning to the universe, who is to say that God created it? After all, there would have to be a beginning of God to have a God to create the universe. (ouch, brain surge!!!)
